What is facilitation?

This is the process whereby someone brings together a number of people and using a process, encourages the sharing of information, ideas, experiences, plans and techniques to achieve desired outcomes

What facilitation work does Added Value Corporation Pty Ltd do?

We do ongoing facilitation with regular groups of accounting firms, see TAP Group and SFG below. We also provide one off facilitation projects to help people and businesses explore ideas and issues and where possible, to reach consensus and develop plans for the future. We have facilitated one and two day meetings of principals of accounting firms. Generally, the objective is to review the status of a firm and work to create agreement and responsibility for future planning.
